Genetix - Kaichira

Part of the Japanese Genetix story arc. Kaichira is the progeny of an Oni father and a Lung mother. Leader of the good Oni tribe that serves to protect Japan from its rival man eating tribe who seek to turn humans into mere cattle. A war that takes place mostly behind the veil of magic. Hikan, leader of the evil Oni tribe has set his eyes on obtaining a weapon that could turn the tide of the war and so much more. The Hades Halberd contains the soul of Hikan's former master, and with it, power greater than most demons have never even dreamed of. It is up to Quaran, his team and the benevolent Oni tribe to keep Hikan away from the gates of the Underworld and it's forge...

I created Kaichira on one level as something of a light parody as far as design and function goes. The internet has this phenomena of combining two things and making it out to be "awesome". So Kaichira's attached, floating afterbirth makes his design slightly sickening and serves as a glaring weakness that could kill him if they are severed. So while he looks cool for the most part, his rather messed up family tree keeps him from being very effective in combat. Thankfully for him, hes mostly a strategist.
